SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $100 within the 48 contiguous United States. Additional charges may apply to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM till 5:00 PM EST (except for US holidays). Orders are ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment.
Your invoice and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided after placing your order.
Cindy Castro is not responsible for packages delayed due to weather or events beyond our control, product getting lost or damaged during shipment after leaving the warehouse.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or any FPO/APO addresses.
We do offer international shipping. The cost for international shipping will have additional charges.
30-DAY RETURNS (FREE within 15 days). A prepaid shipping label is included in all orders shipped within the U.S.
After 15 days, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Beyond 30 days returns will not be accepted.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund with original purchase receipt.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
Final Sale items may not be returned.
Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when your return is received.
EXCHANGES & ORDER CHANGES
Once your item has shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order with the carrier.
Once your order is placed, we are unable to adjust any information. We recommend that you place a new order.
